1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PalConnects app, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service including any amendments. If users do not agree, they must discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

2.2 Users are responsible for all activities under their account, including any unauthorized access.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Methods: PalConnect accepts various methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile payments.

3.2 Secure Transactions: Payments are encrypted using industry-standard protocols, ensuring safe transactions on the PalConnects app.

Note: Subscription rates for services like airtime, data, and TV cables are determined by individual service providers and will be displayed once API integration is complete.

3.4 Refunds: Refunds are at PalConnects’ discretion and subject to applicable law. Requests must be made within 24 hours if a service fails. In such cases, refunds will be credited back to the user’s wallet or account.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Indirect Liability: Don-clem Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

4.2 Liability Cap: Total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount paid by the user in the past three months. This limit applies only to specific claims such as service interruptions or data loss.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK or Nigeria, depending on the user's location.

5.2 Dispute Mechanism: Users agree to attempt resolution through arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal actions.
